WE ARE

Looking for peace, we want to understand ourselves, what we like, what we don’t like, what we are good at, what is our passion, and the most fundamental question, what is our purpose.

These are all great questions, but how will we ever find the answer, if we don’t understand how we think, what we feel, what drives our behaviors; in short how are we ever going to find that peace if we are not Tuned in with ourselves.

I was on this journey myself; I have worked with tens of life coaches, I myself became a master practitioner of NLP and researched the subject in so many books.

This is nothing compared to my personal experience in discovering my true self, which was filled with successes and failures, till I finally put my hands on concepts that can practically be applied and help you find peace as it did with me!

Understanding yourself and  deepening this understanding will change your whole life, you will experience this change within yourself, in what you do, and with whom you are with and responsible for

If you are wondering who you really are, why you do what you do, and feel the way you feel, I would like to invite you to join me in this journey.

  • Week one: “The Armor”

    will get to know your armor, where it came from, how thick or thin it is, and how it impacts your life; and most importantly, how to put it down?

  • Week two: “The Golden Key”

    The key to self-awareness, how can you know yourself and live in the moment, and how to be always watching what is going on inside of your mind that impact what you think, say and do

  • Week three: “Thin Slicing”

    Once you are in the realm of yourself, how can you describe what you see, how your vocabulary can change what you know about yourself.

  • Week four: "Map of the World”

    We see the world differently, but how do we see the world? and how is that affecting your relationships, work, career, sports, …. everything!

  • Week five: “The chains” 

    We all have issues that hold us back in our lives, but what is holding you back, how to identify the events from your past that cast shadows on your present and future.

  • Week six: “Path of Change”

    After knowing what you needed to know about yourself, how to put together an action plan, not just sustain the change, but to make the pace faster and widen the impact on all your life.
